Huq + Santiago was established as a company in February 2005 principally from design commissions undertaken by the founding director, Zia-Ul Huq, for a growing number of commercial and private clients.

Since February 2005, Huq + Santiago has provided consultancy services for both the residential and commercial sectors in relation to new build or refurbishment projects which have ranged in construction value from £10K to £4million.

At Huq + Santiago we offer a professional consultancy service in the field of civil and structural engineering. We strive towards:

• Producing well-engineered, fully detailed and logical solutions to any brief by engaging pro-actively with Architects and Clients

We have developed a reputation for helping realise the full potential of project commissions by working closely and interactively with Architects and other members of the design team.
